Digital Products

Junie Creative sells digital Canva templates and design resources (“Products”). All Products are delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped.

Upon purchase, you will receive access to the template files via download or link. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a compatible Canva account and internet access.

Canva Platform & Account Responsibility

All templates are designed for use within Canva. Canva is a third-party platform not owned or operated by Junie Creative.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining your own Canva account

• Understanding Canva’s terms of service and licensing

• Publishing, exporting, or sharing your designs through Canva

We are not responsible for changes, limitations, outages, or pricing decisions made by Canva.

Canva Free vs. Pro Elements

Some templates may include Canva Pro elements, such as premium fonts, graphics, photos, or design assets.

Please note:

• If you do not have a Canva Pro subscription, Canva may require you to upgrade, pay a one-time fee, or replace Pro elements before exporting or publishing.

• Junie Creative does not control which elements Canva classifies as Free or Pro.

• The presence of Pro elements does not mean you are purchasing Canva Pro through Junie Creative.

It is your responsibility to review and manage Canva’s element requirements before finalizing your design. No refunds will be issued due to Canva Pro limitations or fees.

License & Permitted Use

Unless otherwise stated, all Products are licensed for personal use only.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for your own personal event (such as a wedding, shower, or celebration).

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or give away the template or files

• Use the Product for commercial purposes

• Claim the design as your own

• Upload the template or derivative designs to marketplaces, template libraries, or public repositories

Commercial licenses, if offered, will be clearly stated on the product listing and are subject to separate terms.

Intellectual Property

All designs, templates, text, graphics, branding, and content on the Site are the intellectual property of Junie Creative or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a Product does not transfer ownership of the design.

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a Product has been delivered, except where required by law.

If you experience technical issues accessing your files, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist.

Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to display Products accurately, including descriptions and previews. However, we do not guarantee that your device’s display or Canva’s interface will perfectly match what you see on the Site.

Minor variations or Canva interface changes do not constitute defects.

Third-Party Links & Tools

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.

Your use of third-party platforms (including Canva) is at your own risk.

Disclaimer

All Products and the Site are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Junie Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or Products.

Our total liability for any claim related to a Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that Product.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Junie Creative from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Products.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Turay Creative LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
